Internet Problem

I recently upgraded my plan to VOO Solo Max. As per the plan i should get upto 400 mbps of speed. But i don't even get 50 mbps. And i also observe wifi is going down sometimes.

Hello, it seems that there is no internet connection in Ixelles, the modem shows that it has wifi but i cannot connect to the internet. Can you please let me know if there is an internet outage in the neighbourhood? Thank you

Hello, As far as your Internet signal is concerned, everything's perfect. Could you test it by connecting directly from the modem instead of your personal router?

Very high latency and jitter on upload

Is it normal to have such a high latency and jitter number on my internet line for the past few weeks/months? Download is acceptable but not perfect, but when anything gets uploaded, the numbers are huge and it is felt with only 1 connected internet device in use.
